Da queste planimetrie la struttura preposta ha determinato, con un sistema computerizzato non vettoriale, quindi  affetto da altro errore, le superfici delle unità immobiliari.
Le superfici così determinate, raffrontate con quelle dichiarate hanno definito il “marchio” di “evasione connessa ad infedele presentazione della dichiarazione”.
