These days I have been notified of the first investigations concerning the TARSU (Local municipal solid waste). They say it is almost two notices of assessment, for a total, including penalties and interest, which is close to two million euro.

Inoltre l’Agenzia del Territorio nel trasferire le planimetrie in formato informatico ha eseguito l’operazione di scannerizzazione, operazione che non è esente da ulteriore errore. Da queste planimetrie la struttura preposta ha determinato, con un sistema computerizzato non vettoriale, quindi  affetto da altro errore, le superfici delle unità immobiliari.
Le superfici così determinate, raffrontate con quelle dichiarate hanno definito il “marchio” di “evasione connessa ad infedele presentazione della dichiarazione”.

Siamo venuti infatti alla determinazione di rivolgerci direttamente in “alto”, e questo per un motivo ben preciso e logico: Poiché Randazzo appartiene al più vasto Feudo del “Senatur”, anzi è uno dei centri più fedeli a questo grande uomo politico, da ora in avanti per la segnalazione e la soluzione di qualche problemuccio ci rivolgeremo direttamente a Lui. Non gli daremo grandi fastidi sottoponendogli problematiche di vasto respiro o la progettazione e il finanziamento di grandi opere che non farebbe realizzare mai, (quelle meglio farle a Bronte), gli sottoporremo solo piccole cose fattibili quali: la sostituzione di qualche lampadina fusa, l’eliminazione delle erbacce dalle vie cittadine, la sistemazione di qualche buca, la cura del verde pubblico ed ultima, ma non certo la meno importante, che ci raccomandi a quel suo buon amico locale per una migliore pulizia della città; una delle cose per cui fino a ieri Randazzo andava fiera. Tanto Randazzo, essendo un quartiere di Bronte, nulla toglierebbe a questa anzi così ne acquisterebbe un’altra struttura.

Avevamo già accennato ad un articolo comparso sul quotidiano “la Sicilia” del 22 luglio 2010, nel quale si scriveva di un incontro al vertice fra  Ernesto Alfonso e Francesco Paolo, rispettivamente Sindaco del Comune di Randazzo l’uno ed ex presidente dell’Ato Jonia-Ambiente l’altro. C’era sembrato che l’incontro fosse una mossa meramente propagandistica, un piccolo espediente per comparire su un quotidiano locale. Oggi possiamo affermare che non ci siamo sbagliati, tant’è che in questi giorni è stata convocata una riunione del Consiglio Comunale, proprio per discutere The issue of waste.
